Who we are

kpivu.us sells packaged, shelf-stable food products for delivery within the United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• We may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfill (e.g., a stock error) — you'll hear from us fast.
• All products are factory-sealed food items sold as-is from the producer, with the producer's own labeling.

Shipping

We ship US-wide via USPS. Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises — carriers have moods. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you gave us; please double-check it at checkout.

Refunds and issues

• Damaged or wrong items: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund. Because these are food products, we can't accept returns of edible items.
• Lost packages: if tracking shows no delivery, we'll work it out with the carrier and make it right.

Allergens and food information

Product pages list allergens and ingredients from the actual product label. Fish and mollusks (squid) are major allergens. If you have a food allergy, read the physical label before eating — it is the authoritative source.

The obvious ones

• We sell snacks, not beer. You must comply with your local laws regarding the beverages you pair them with.
• Don't abuse the site (scraping, attacking, reselling checkout access). We rate-limit and we notice.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
