Shipping

We ship everywhere in the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Flat $8 per order; free on orders over $59 (the Beer Box clears that on its own). Orders ship from California within 1–2 business days; delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your zone.

The fish question

Every fish item travels in its own heat-sealed, smell-proof pouch, separate from everything else in the box. Your sukhariki will not taste like taranka. Your mail carrier will suspect nothing.

In summer we avoid shipping fish late in the week to far zones, so packages don't sit in hot facilities over a weekend. If that shifts your order by a day or two, that's us protecting your fish, not us being slow.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships, and you can always check the Track page with your order number and email. If anything looks stuck, write us — we chase USPS so you don't have to.
