Is everything ready to eat?
Yes. Everything we sell is fully cured/cooked/dried by the producer and factory-sealed. Open, eat, sip, repeat.
Will my package smell like fish?
No — fish ships in its own heat-sealed, smell-proof pouch. The aroma stays inside until you decide otherwise.
Where do the products come from?
Each product page states its real origin. Ukrainian brands (Flint, Chipster's) are made in Ukraine; some fish and squid are processed in Ukraine from ocean-caught raw stock; we say exactly what the label says. Everything is bought from US distributors whose stock already cleared customs.
Allergens?
Fish is a major allergen and is labeled on every fish product. Squid is a mollusk (shellfish family). Sukhariki contain wheat and rye, and some flavors contain milk. Every product page has a "Contains" line taken from the actual label.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund — no interrogation. Food safety means we can't accept returns of edible items, but we make problems right.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — US only for now. Canada, we see you asking; it's on the list.
